Ravioli

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Add ravioli and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a separate large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender and golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in canned tomatoes and cooked chicken. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Add cooked ravioli to the pan and toss gently.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper over the ravioli. Toss again to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  8. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
