Ravioli
Ingredients:
- 1 package of pre-made ravioli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
- Add ravioli and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender and golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in canned tomatoes and cooked chicken. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add cooked ravioli to the pan and toss gently.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper over the ravioli. Toss again to evenly distribute the ingredients.
- Cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
