Ramen

  1. In a pot, boil the water and cook the ramen noodles for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add in the sliced meat and cook until browned.
  3. Add in the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and miso paste, and stir to combine.
  5. Add in the cooked ramen noodles and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. In a separate pan, cook the egg according to your preference (soft boiled or hard boiled). Set aside.
  7. Transfer the ramen into a bowl, and top with the cooked egg and sliced spring onions. Serve hot.
