Rainbow Trout

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rinse the rainbow trout and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the trout and rub to coat both sides.
  4. Season the trout with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Place 2 slices of lemon and 2 rosemary sprigs inside the trout.
  6. Place the trout on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve hot with extra lemon slices on the side.
