Rainbow Trout
Ingredients:
- 1 whole rainbow trout, gutted and scaled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Rinse the rainbow trout and pat dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the trout and rub to coat both sides.
- Season the trout with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place 2 slices of lemon and 2 rosemary sprigs inside the trout.
- Place the trout on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot with extra lemon slices on the side.
