Quick Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the melted butter and eggs.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve with your favorite toppings or enjoy as is!
