Quiche with Ham
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375F.
- Place your pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the eggs and half-and-half until well combined.
- Add in the diced ham, cheese, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
