Quiche Florentine

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) and roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Add in the chopped spinach, shredded Gruyere cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the quiche filling into the prepared pie crust.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center of the quiche is set and the crust is lightly golden.
  6. Let the quiche cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
