Quiche Recipe

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the onions, peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  4. Add the salt and pepper to the skillet, and continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, thyme, and garlic powder.
  7. Add the cooled vegetable mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
  8. Spread the shredded cheese onto the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the egg and vegetable mixture over the cheese.
  9. Bake the quiche for 35-40 minutes, until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  10. Let the quiche cool for 5 minutes before serving.
