Queso Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of Velveeta cheese
- 1 can of diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
Instructions:
- Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes.
- In a saucepan, combine the cheese cubes with the can of diced tomatoes and green chilies.
- Heat the mixture on medium heat, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted.
- Once the cheese is melted, add in the milk to thin out the dip.
- Stir in the chopped cilantro and onion.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the dip is smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips and enjoy!
