  1. Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the cheese cubes with the can of diced tomatoes and green chilies.
  3. Heat the mixture on medium heat, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted.
  4. Once the cheese is melted, add in the milk to thin out the dip.
  5. Stir in the chopped cilantro and onion.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the dip is smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips and enjoy!
