Quail Eggs

Instructions:

  1. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Carefully add in the quail eggs and let cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Peel the eggs and set them aside.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add in dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Gently add in the quail eggs and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once the eggs are evenly coated with the seasoning, remove from heat and serve hot.
