Quail Eggs
Ingredients:
- 12 quail eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Carefully add in the quail eggs and let cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove the eggs and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Peel the eggs and set them aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add in dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Gently add in the quail eggs and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the eggs are evenly coated with the seasoning, remove from heat and serve hot.
