Quail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 quail
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Using a kitchen brush, coat the quail with the oil mixture on both sides.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Place the quail on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until the meat is no longer pink.
- Remove quail from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious grilled quail!
