Pulled Pork
Ingredients:
- 3-4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions:
- Pull the pork shoulder from the fridge and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and salt.
- Rub the spice mixture over the entire pork shoulder, covering it completely.
- In a slow cooker, add the chicken broth and place the seasoned pork shoulder on top.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
- Once the pork is fully cooked and tender, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded pork back to the slow cooker and mix it with the remaining juices in the pot.
- Add in the BBQ sauce and mix well. Let it cook on low for another 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Serve the pulled pork on buns, topped with coleslaw and pickles if desired.
