Pot Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add in flour and stir until smooth.
  3. Gradually add in the chicken broth, stirring constantly. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in milk, cooked chicken, vegetables, potatoes, and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place one pie crust in a pie dish and pour in the mixture.
  6. Cover the top with the second pie crust, crimping the edges to seal. Cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
