Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture on both sides of the pork chops.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown.
- Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
