Popovers

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. Grease a 6-cup popover pan or a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and eggs until well combined.
  4. Add in the flour and salt, and whisk until just combined.
  5. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking, until the batter is smooth with no lumps.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared pan or tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 375°F and continue to bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the popovers are puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately prick each popover with a sharp knife to allow steam to escape.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
