Popcorn
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot with a lid, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
- Shake the pot continuously over the heat until the popping stops.
- Pour the popped popcorn into a large bowl.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn and toss to evenly coat.
- Add salt to taste and toss again.
- Enjoy your freshly popped popcorn!
