  1. In a large pot with a lid, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
  3. Shake the pot continuously over the heat until the popping stops.
  4. Pour the popped popcorn into a large bowl.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn and toss to evenly coat.
  6. Add salt to taste and toss again.
  7. Enjoy your freshly popped popcorn!
