Pico de Gallo
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, diced onion, chopped jalapeno, and chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze in the juice of one lime and sprinkle with salt.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos or burritos.
