Pico de Gallo

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, diced onion, chopped jalapeno, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Squeeze in the juice of one lime and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos or burritos.
