Pesto Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the pesto sauce over the chicken, spreading it evenly to coat each piece.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the pesto is slightly browned on top.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
