Pesto Chicken
Ingredients:
    - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 
    - 1 cup basil leaves
 
    - 1/4 cup pine nuts
 
    - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
 
    - 2 cloves garlic
 
    - 1/4 cup olive oil
 
    - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Instructions:
    - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 
    - In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
 
    - Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
 
    - Spoon the pesto sauce over the chicken, spreading it evenly to coat each piece.
 
    - Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the pesto is slightly browned on top.
 
    - Serve hot with your choice of sides.
