Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the corn syrup, eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the 9-inch pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
