Panini

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a panini press or skillet.
  2. Lightly brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
  3. Place the oiled side of one bread slice on a cutting board.
  4. Layer the mozzarella cheese, ham, salami, pepperoni, tomatoes, and red onion on top of the bread.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the ingredients.
  6. Top with the remaining bread slice, oiled side facing up.
  7. Place the panini in the panini press or skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
  8. Flip the panini halfway through cooking if using a skillet.
  9. Remove from heat and let cool for 1-2 minutes.
  10. Slice the panini in half and serve hot.
