Panini
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Italian bread
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of salami
- 2 slices of pepperoni
- 2 slices of tomatoes
- 2 slices of red onion
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat a panini press or skillet.
- Lightly brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- Place the oiled side of one bread slice on a cutting board.
- Layer the mozzarella cheese, ham, salami, pepperoni, tomatoes, and red onion on top of the bread.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the ingredients.
- Top with the remaining bread slice, oiled side facing up.
- Place the panini in the panini press or skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Flip the panini halfway through cooking if using a skillet.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Slice the panini in half and serve hot.
