Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
- In a separate medium-sized bowl, beat together milk and eggs.
- Slowly add milk and egg mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
