Pancakes

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  2. In a separate medium-sized bowl, beat together milk and eggs.
  3. Slowly add milk and egg mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  4. Stir in melted butter.
  5. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  8. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
