  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Shuck the oysters and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, melted butter, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture onto each oyster, covering the top completely.
  5. Bake the oysters for 10-12 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the oysters are cooked through.
  6. Serve the Oysters Rockefeller hot, garnished with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
