Overnight Oats

  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and add any desired toppings.
  5. Enjoy your delicious and healthy overnight oats!
