Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, nut butter
Instructions:
- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and add any desired toppings.
- Enjoy your delicious and healthy overnight oats!
