Oven-Fried Chicken

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with olive oil cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and oregano.
  3. In another shallow dish, pour the buttermilk.
  4. Dip the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, then in the buttermilk, and again in the flour mixture, making sure they are well coated.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with the vegetable oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
