Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orecchiette pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli rabe to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the broccoli rabe is tender.
  4. Add the cooked orecchiette to the skillet with the broccoli rabe, tossing to combine.
  5. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
