Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced vegetables (such as onion, bell peppers, mushrooms)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
- Add in the shredded cheese and diced vegetables. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the bottom is lightly browned and the top is almost set.
- Using a spatula, fold the omelette in half and gently press down to seal.
- Cook for an additional minute or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious omelette!
