  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
  2. Add in the shredded cheese and diced vegetables. Mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.

  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the bottom is lightly browned and the top is almost set.
  6. Using a spatula, fold the omelette in half and gently press down to seal.
  7. Cook for an additional minute or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
