Old-Fashioned Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 orange peel
• 1 maraschino cherry

Instructions:

1. In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters with ice.
2. Stir for about 30 seconds.
3. Strain mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Pinch and twist the orange peel over the glass to release the oils, then rub the peel around the rim of the glass and drop it into the cocktail.
5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
6. Sip and enjoy your delicious Old-Fashioned cocktail.
