Oatmeal

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add 1 cup of oats, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup of milk and 1 tbsp of honey. Stir to combine.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Top with chopped nuts, if desired.
