Oat Milk

  1. In a blender, add in rolled oats and water. Blend for about 30 seconds until mixture is smooth.
  2. Place a muslin cloth or a clean tea towel over a mixing bowl and strain the oat milk through it to remove any oat bits.
  3. Return the strained milk to the blender and add in vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt. Blend for an additional 10 seconds.
  4. Store oat milk in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
