Oat Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a blender, add in rolled oats and water. Blend for about 30 seconds until mixture is smooth.
- Place a muslin cloth or a clean tea towel over a mixing bowl and strain the oat milk through it to remove any oat bits.
- Return the strained milk to the blender and add in vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt. Blend for an additional 10 seconds.
- Store oat milk in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
