Nutella Fudge
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Nutella
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the Nutella, white chocolate chips, and condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top of the fudge mixture and use a spatula to press them into the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
- Remove from the pan and cut into squares. Enjoy!
