Nutella Fudge

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the Nutella, white chocolate chips, and condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. If desired, sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top of the fudge mixture and use a spatula to press them into the fudge.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  7. Remove from the pan and cut into squares. Enjoy!
