Nutella Crepes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella spread
- Optional toppings: sliced strawberries, powdered sugar, whipped cream
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, tilting and swirling the skillet to evenly coat the bottom.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to brown and the crepe is easy to flip. Using a spatula, carefully flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate as they are done.
- Warm Nutella spread in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth and spreadable.
- Spread 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella on each crepe and roll up.
- Serve immediately with optional toppings, if desired.
