Nutella Crepes

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, tilting and swirling the skillet to evenly coat the bottom.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to brown and the crepe is easy to flip. Using a spatula, carefully flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate as they are done.
  6. Warm Nutella spread in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth and spreadable.
  7. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella on each crepe and roll up.
  8. Serve immediately with optional toppings, if desired.
