Norwegian Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Norwegian salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub to evenly coat.
- Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over the fillets.
- Top each fillet with a slice of lemon and a sprinkle of chopped dill.
- Cover the baking sheet with another sheet of foil, creating a "tent" over the fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy your delicious Norwegian Salmon!
