Norwegian Salmon

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub to evenly coat.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over the fillets.
  5. Top each fillet with a slice of lemon and a sprinkle of chopped dill.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with another sheet of foil, creating a "tent" over the fillets.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
