No-Churn Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- Flavorings of your choice (chocolate chips, fruit, extract, etc)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon in the sweetened condensed milk and gently fold it into the whipped cream, being careful to not deflate it.
- Add in your desired flavorings and mix gently until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan or 2 quart container.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
- Scoop and enjoy your delicious no-churn ice cream!
