  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the sour cream and melted butter until well combined.
  5. Add in the flour and mix until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter for the crust. Mix until well combined and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter on top of the crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden and the center is set.
  9. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving
