New Potatoes with Herbs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound new potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Wash and scrub the new potatoes, then cut them into small bite-size pieces.
