Nachos
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of black beans, canned and drained
- 1/2 cup of corn, canned and drained
- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of salsa
- Sliced jalapenos (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla chips.
- Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Top with chopped cilantro and sliced jalapenos (if desired).
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
