  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, water, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes on a floured surface, until it is smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 1 hour.
  6. After the dough has rested, preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  7. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle.
  8. Cook the naan bread on the skillet or griddle for about 2 minutes on each side, until it puffs up and has brown spots.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite curry or dip.
