Monkey Bread

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar.
  2. Add in melted butter and milk. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Roll dough into small balls and coat each ball in the brown sugar mixture.
  5. Place balls in a greased bundt pan, making sure to leave space in between each one.
  6. Pour melted butter over the top of the dough balls.
  7. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts over the top.
  8. Cover the pan with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise for about an hour.
  9. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.
  11. Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before removing it from the pan.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Monkey Bread!
