Miso Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup dashi broth
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 1 cup tofu, diced
- 1/2 cup scallions, sliced
- 1 sheet nori, cut into small squares
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring the water and dashi broth to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add in the miso paste, stirring until well combined.
- Add in the tofu, scallions, and nori. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
