  1. In a large pot, bring the water and dashi broth to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and add in the miso paste, stirring until well combined.
  3. Add in the tofu, scallions, and nori. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve warm.
