Mint Julep
Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- Crushed ice
Instructions:
- In a mint julep cup or rocks glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour in the bourbon and stir until well combined.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
