Mint Julep

Ingredients:

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 3-4 fresh mint leaves
• Crushed ice

Instructions:

1. In a mint julep cup or rocks glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
3. Pour in the bourbon and stir until well combined.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
