Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, diced onion, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Form the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Spread an additional layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
- Let the meatloaf cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
