Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients together with your hands until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1 inch meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet or in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and browned.
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce or on top of spaghetti.
