Matzo Ball Soup

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the matzo meal, eggs, vegetable oil, club soda, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill until well combined.
  3. Using wet hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and drop them into the boiling broth.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pot, and let the soup simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the matzo balls are cooked through.
  5. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
  6. Serve the matzo ball soup hot and enjoy!
