Matzo Ball Soup
Ingredients:
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup matzo meal
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup club soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over high heat.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the matzo meal, eggs, vegetable oil, club soda, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill until well combined.
- Using wet hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and drop them into the boiling broth.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pot, and let the soup simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the matzo balls are cooked through.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
- Serve the matzo ball soup hot and enjoy!
