Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
