Lobster Roll

Instructions:

  1. Cook lobster meat in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Remove lobster meat from shells and dice into bite-sized chunks.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Add diced lobster meat to mayonnaise mixture and gently mix until well combined.
  5. Butter the hot dog buns and lightly toast them in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Spoon the lobster filling into the toasted buns.
  7. Serve with extra lemon wedges and enjoy your homemade lobster rolls!
