Lobster Roll
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs of fresh lobster meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- Butter
Instructions:
- Cook lobster meat in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove lobster meat from shells and dice into bite-sized chunks.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add diced lobster meat to mayonnaise mixture and gently mix until well combined.
- Butter the hot dog buns and lightly toast them in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon the lobster filling into the toasted buns.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges and enjoy your homemade lobster rolls!
