Lobster Mac and Cheese

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Add in the flour and stir until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Slowly pour in the milk and heavy cream, stirring constantly until well combined.
  6. Add in the shredded cheddar and Gruyere cheese, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the cooked macaroni and chopped lobster meat.
  8. Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish.
