Linguine with Clam Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions.
  2. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add white wine and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add chopped clams and their juice, and clam juice to the saucepan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Drain linguine and add it to the saucepan. Toss until linguine is coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your Linguine with Clam Sauce!
