Linguine with Clam Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 pound linguine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cans (6.5 ounces each) chopped clams, undrained
- 1/2 cup clam juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute.
- Add white wine and bring to a simmer.
- Add chopped clams and their juice, and clam juice to the saucepan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain linguine and add it to the saucepan. Toss until linguine is coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Linguine with Clam Sauce!
