Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
- 6 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Using a basting brush, coat both sides of the lamb chops with the herb mixture.
- Place the lamb chops on a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes for medium-rare, or longer depending on desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let the lamb chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
