Korean Fried Chicken

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together buttermilk, gochujang, soy sauce, and rice wine.
  3. Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then dip into the buttermilk mixture, and then back into the flour mixture.
  4. In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Carefully place chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken from oil and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  7. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Korean Fried Chicken!
