Kiwi Tart

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the pre-made pie crust and place it in a 9-inch tart pan. Trim the edges of the crust if necessary.
  3. Cut the kiwis into thin slices and arrange them in the prepared crust.
  4. In a small saucepan, whisk together the sugar and cornstarch.
  5. Add in the water and vanilla extract, then heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  6. Pour the thickened mixture over the sliced kiwis in the crust.
  7. Bake the tart for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Let the tart cool completely before slicing and serving.
  9. Optional: Top with whipped cream before serving.
