Kielbasa
Ingredients:
- 1 lb kielbasa
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced kielbasa and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add in sliced onion and bell pepper, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cover the skillet and let cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove lid and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until kielbasa is thoroughly heated and vegetables are caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious kielbasa dish!
