  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add in sliced onion and bell pepper, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Cover the skillet and let cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove lid and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until kielbasa is thoroughly heated and vegetables are caramelized.
